You know that feeling you get inside of you when you lock eyes with the one you’re going to spend the rest of your life with? The happy feeling you just can’t explain? I could see it in the eyes of Christopher every time he looked at Tess.
Their gorgeous day kicked off with Tess and her bridesmaids getting ready at The Ambassador Hotel in Wichita, KS. From popping confetti and toasting champagne, her bride tribe was just as excited as she was for her big day.
Chris and his groomsmen got ready at The Hudson and they all looked so sharp in their tuxedos. Tess walked through the doors and they shared a first look and a few moments alone together before heading to St. Catherine of Siena for their ceremony.
They were the 316th wedding in the church. The last one inside since the new church opens in October. Father blessed a crucifix and placed it over them as they knelt before Christ at the altar. After they shared the first kiss as husband and wife, they were nothing but smiles walking back down the aisle.
The reception was perfection of nature mixed with Gatsby and Tess looked like a Greek Goddess herself with her smashing Gatsby by her side. Chris took her hand as he invited her to the dance floor for their first dance.
Chris & Tess,
You two are so sweet together. Even though your wedding was the first time we met, it was easy for me to see the love you both share for one another. Thank you so much for choosing me to tell your love story. I can’t wait for you to see all of the images soon, but here is a sneak peek for now. 🙂
And that’s a wrap! If you love what you see, I’ll be at the Wichita Bridal Expo on October 18th. I’d love to chat about your amazing day and show you what the #SaraRiethBrideTribe is all about. Click here to see more of my work, inquire about your date and to get to know the artist behind the lens. Happy Monday, beautifuls!
