Romantic Storytelling, Fine Art Wedding Photographer

Memorial Day weekend made for a perfect wedding weekend.  It was sunny with a touch of cloud cover that made the rooftop ceremony absolutely gorgeous.

Cara & Connor’s day was filled with personal touches.  From the adorable soft pretzels to thank their guests for helping celebrate them “tying the knot” to her dusty blue shoes that peeked just outside of her dress from time to time.  The splash of color matched her bouquet beautifully and added personality to her ensemble.

Their wedding took place at The Terrace on Grand.  The city scene was the backdrop to their ceremony and they walked the streets below for fun photos to really show their love for the heart of KC.

Cara & Connor couldn’t help but to smile whenever they looked towards one another.  Their smiles brightened up the sunny day even more.

The reception took place indoors at The Terrace on Grand and laughter followed toasts given by their parents and wedding party.  Conner held Cara close as they went to the dance floor and shared their first dance as husband and wife.  Sweet dances with their parents came afterwards before the dance floor opened up and everyone started dancing the night away.

Connor & Cara,

Your wedding day was filled with love and laughter.  I wish the both of you a lifetime of happily ever after.  Enjoy this little sneak peek into your day.  🙂

Yours Truly,
